The left kidney and relevant vessels are embedded in simulated fat for laparoscopic repair of a pelvi-uroteric junction obstruction (PUJO), and for the ultimate removal of the kidney. Developed in conjunction with the Bristol Urological Institute, UK: it has been validated on courses which are run by the British Association of Urological Surgeons (BAUS).
