LDRP 'Tradition - Birthing Suites'

Features

The LDRP Birthing suite is designed to give a home-like feel with sufficient space for family members and child-friendly areas to comfort the expectant mother.

A regular rectangular or square room is the most functional for the birthing suite to allow for movement of personnel and equipments at the time of delivery. The room dimensions could vary according to requirement and space availability, but around 300 sq. ft. of space is necessary.

The LDRP Zones: 150 to 200 sq. ft. for Birthing area, 10 to 12 sq. ft. infant Resuscitation area and 20 to 25 sq. ft. Family space. The total room area exclusive of bathroom is around 300 sq. ft. LDRP is provided with vinyle flooring to facilitate equipments movement as well as increase the aesthetics. With standing furniture, the mother can have ample space to move around.

Mattress for new born
It could be used for nursing a newborn baby. It is apart of standard equipment.
Control panel
(Located at the bed at its back side) has the possibility of locking the bed frame, adjusting and changing the backrest angle, possibility of activating the movement of the bed in case of power failure.

Control panel is built into a side rail and it integrates the following functions:

  • Bed frame down and up
  • Backrest down and up
  • Night light switch
  • Alarm (possibility of connection with the nurse call system)
Plastic fillers
The plastic fillers of the seat section and protractile frame are removable in easy way that ensures keeping a clean bed.
Trolley
An additional equipment, the trolley for accessories is provided.
Crank
Crank of the first releasing of the back rest (CPR). This lever is useful especially in critical situations e.g. resuscitation and it allows fast flat positioning of the back rest. Release lever of tredelenburg and reverse trendelenburg positions.
Night-light
Night-light ensures patients' safety at night and also makes nurse care easier. Adjusting the night light manually (from bedside rail) or by photo-cell.
